Member Success Manager INC & ACCEL

Empowering Educator Success and Program Excellence

The Member Success team at Uncharted Learning drives the successful implementation and ongoing success of the INCubatoredu and ACCELeratoredu programs by delivering exceptional support and fostering a strong, collaborative educator community. You will be responsible for
delivering top-tier support for our flagship high school entrepreneurship curricular programs INCubatoredu and ACCELeratoredu, while nurturing a connected and thriving community. You will manage teacher relationships within member schools and districts, supporting their growth and development through virtual engagement and on-site visits.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Member Support and Relationship Management:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new member schools and districts.
  • Responsible for all communication, coaching, implementation planning, and relationship management for approximately 300 new, returning, and shadowing teachers across 200+ member schools to ensure their success with our programs.

Program Implementation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of INCubatoredu/ACCELeratoredu satisfaction surveys.
  • Stay updated on entrepreneurship, education, and customer service trends to maintain exceptional support standards.
  • Maintain and update resource library program materials related to INCubatoredu and ACCELeratoredu Member Success.

Event Coordination and Support:

  • Execute a successful National student pitch competition and showcase event.
  • Support regional showcase events to further member engagement.

Content Development and Professional Learning:

  • Guide team members on curriculum and professional development needs for members, including planning and programming for the National Summit.
  • Assist the Professional Development Director with INCubatoredu Bootcamp and ACCELeratoredu training.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work with other Uncharted Learning departments to deliver a cohesive and responsive approach to member needs.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years of experience facilitating professional development, designing workshops, or creating learning communities.
  • Passion and experience with implementing project-based instruction.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and comfort in learning new systems and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior high school teaching or instructional coaching experience.
  • Familiarity with various LMS platforms and custom-built systems.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, with experience managing content and contacts within the CRM feffective organization and engagement.
  • Experience with INCubatoredu and ACCELeratoredu programs is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in curriculum development and resource design.
  • Experience in customer service or support, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Collaboration: Experience working across departments to enhance member satisfaction.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 20% to visit member schools, present at conferences, and facilitate workshops.
